Project Explanation

‘Don’t Think Twice’ is a club design inspired by Memphis design. The club is a space for art students to gather surrounded by art that inspires individuality. Just as Memphis got its name from a Bob Dylan song, the name of the club is inspired by his song ‘ Dont think twice its alright’. Throughout this design process, I created my own Memphis-style furniture and patterns, which were applied in the space, creating a bold and exciting environment. The project explores adaptive reuse, taking the current space layout and finding ways to use it to the advantage of the design.
